Package travel buying process in simple steps
1 .Choose the package that you are interested in.
Use the search engine . 
2. Contact us in order to be fully informed about our services.
We will answer to all of your questions. 
3. Once you have all the required information about the package you are interested in, click the BUY button. 
4. Fill in the form with your personal information
which we need to purchase your airline tickets. 
5. You will receive an e-mail with your contract. 
6. Pay for the package
You can pay with your credit or debit or prepaid card. 
7. Read carefully the contract and if you agree with all the terms, reply to it as described  
by typing "I agree with all the written terms in this contract" 
8. You will receive by e-mail
the reservation code of the air tickets, hotel voucher and the invoice. 
9. You should print the hotel voucher
in order to present it at the hotel. 
10. Print your tickets
after we do the check-in for you. 
11. Call us at least 2 days before the journey
in order to get additional information concerning your trip. 
12. Have a nice trip!

When you buy a package you will receive special conditions with the cancellation policy.In most cases, you can not cancel a package because we work mainly with the low cost airlines, which do not return money if a customer cancels a trip. Also, in order to ensure you the best prices, the conditions under which we purchase your stay have non-refundable policy.

Cancellation will result in loosing money, however the extent depends on the service being cancelled (airfair, rooms) In any case you can be informed by the representatives of our office about cancellation conditions . 

We buy the air tickets and the hotel for you and make the check-in for your flights. We give detailed directions for your destination. We are available for you from 10:00 until 24:00 in order to solve all of your problems.
